Class Policies
The Scrappy Moose wants to you to throughly enjoy all of the classes we offer and in order to enhance your experience, we have developed a few rules for the classroom

Register Early
- Registration is required at least three (3) store business days (Tuesday through Saturday) before date of class because our instructors make kits according to the number of attendees. Class space is limited and is filled on a first come, first serve basis. If class is full you will be placed on the waiting list. This will help to schedule additional classes and fill any openings. -
Class Fee Due At Time of Registration
- Payment for all classes is due at the time of registration in order to reserve your space. Credit cards may be used for phone registration. Class fees are non-refundable. -
Class Cancellations
- A Minimum of Three (3) store business days (Tuesday through Saturday) notice must be given prior to the class date for canceling your reservation in order to have your fees applied to a different class. NO refunds will be given. If reservations are cancelled within less than three (3) store business days from the date of the class, or student DOES NOT attend the class, the fees will NOT be eligible to transfer to any other classes. If class is cancelled due to low attendance or weather, credit will be applied towards another class. -
Only Paid Class Members May Attend
- Sorry, no babies, or children (under the age of 14) or guests are allowed in classes or workshops. Children age 14 or older may attend classes if accompanied by a paying adult and fee is paid for child. -
BE ON TIME!
- Classes begin on time and ample time is needed to complete the project(s). -
Classroom Etiquette
- Please be considerate of others by turning off cell phones or placing them in silent mode. If you must take a call, please leave the room. Drinks are allowed ONLY if they are in a covered spillproof container and they MUST remain in the classroom area, not the store. -Thank You!
